Horrified at what I had just been laying in I contacted the help desk in order to remedy the situation. Following some checks around the room to my absolute disgust I noticed, having removed the bedsheets, that the mattress cover and mattress had brown stains and an eyewatering smell of urine to them. It was at this point I noticed an over powering smell of what I believed to be urine. In the evening of our first night we had unpacked all our clothes and got into the twin beds in preparation for an early start the next day.
